This is innovative injection molding machine in productivity for 2 components liquid silicon rubber. The material is supplied by the material manufacturer and dosing process needed for the conventional rubber material is eliminated.
Thus, the machine can be used as in the same manner as the general plastic injection molding machine. The material is set up to the drum pump unit to pressurize and transfer to the measuring/ pump unit and adjust the mixing ratio (1:1 in general) through the motion less mixer, and inject the material into the mold to be cured in a short time under the controlled temperature.
Being closed system to inject the material into the hot mold to cure shortly, the clean molding products can be made without unknown substance. The material can be kept in chilled condition to prevent curing even in the non-working hours. In order to adjust the changing consistency of the stocking materials, the electric servo motor is utilized to compensate mixing ratio. Then, no flash molding is developing. As our process is simple, small capacity (under 10 cc) to big capacity (over 20000 cc) can be available. Insert molding and composite molding can be easily employed.
This machine is fundamental to make the following wide range, rubber contact switch for P/C, remote control unit, and the commodity such as baby nipple, and diving musk, heat proof and oil proof equipment such as automobile parts and copier and printer roller.
