SJA SERIES
Vertical Hybrid injection molding machine, a upper mold stationary type (Up stroking clamp type)
　
The SJA series is based on SAV (hydraulic) series which had actual performance for long years.
Injection unit is changed to the electric power,while the clamp unit is hydraulic power driven by servo motor pump.
　
Feature:
  1. By the electric injection, injection speed control is especially improved.
  2. Adopting newly developed servo motor driven hydraulic unit for the clamp unit, saving energy, low noise operation and fast and smooth speed control are obtained.
  3. Installed space is almost 1/2, comparing the horizontal injection molding machine.
  4. "Digital input touch panel controller" is employed.
  5. By hydraulic system, the cylinder for mold core can be operated as option.
  6. The molding machine, the mold and the automatic unit is combined and supplied as a system under "Turn Key" basis.
  7. Selection of the Injection unit and clamping unit are available as follows;
