Vertical Hybrid injection molding machine, a lower mold stationary type with a rotary shuttle table (Down Stroking Clamp type)

This SJR series is based on the VSR machine (hydraulic) series which had actual performance for long years. Injection unit is changed to electric power, while the clamp unit is hydraulic power driven by servo-motor pump. 　 Feature: By the electric injection, injection speed control is especially improved. Adopting new developed servo motor driven by hydraulic unit, for the clamp unit, saving energy, low noise operation and smooth speed are obtained. The table size is large enough to accommodate the mold and automatic units. It is easy to combine robot with inserting parts supplying unit to organize automatic molding system. "Digital input touch panel controller" is employed. By hydraulic system, the cylinder for mold case can be used. The molding machine, the mold and automatic unit is combined and supplied as a system under "Turn Key" basis. It is flexible for you to select the Injection unit and Clamping unit are available as bellows. Other models are available such as followings as option; 3 or 4 lower mold halves molds with one -way rotary table. Multiple mold clamp unit with opening/closing, on the one-way rotary table.
