In case of molding by the thermo setting
resin, especially "hard to flow" material such
as unsaturated polyester, the transfer molding
is much suitable than the injection molding,
because the dimensional accuracy of molded
parts is improved.

In the transfer molding, the resin tablet
previously made is supplied to the pot
(chamber) in the mold to transfer the tablet
to the cavities through runner and gates.
The tablets are made by the screw plasticized
tablet machine which is manufactured by
Sanjo.
